The album from The Slew — Kid Koala's new side project featuring the former rhythm section of Wolfmother — was originally only going to be a limited edition disc available at the band's shows, but it's now set to get an official release.
100% will be available on Nov. 24 through Ninja Tune. It will be released to fine record stores everywhere due to overwhelming demand at The Slew's dates.
There's a chance new Slew material could surface from the band's most recent tour, according to Altsounds.com, but nothing's for sure yet.
The Slew is Kid Koala backed by former Wolfmother rhythm section Chris Ross and Myles Heskett, P-Love and a whopping six turntables. 100% was given away for free on the band's website before they launched their current tour, and limited numbers were available at the band's gigs.
Here are the tracks on 100%:
"100%"
"It's All Over"
"Problem Child"
"You Turn Me Cold"
"Wrong Side Of The Tracks"
"Robbing Banks (Doin' Time)"
"The Grinder"
"Shackled Soul"
"Southeast Soliloquy"
"Battle Of Heaven & Hell"
