Canadian rockers Our Lady Peace will kick off a U.S. headlining tour beginning Oct. 19 in Solana Beach, Calif. in support of their seventh studio album, Burn Burn.
Although the brief tour is set to conclude on Hallowe'en, the band have assured us they will add many more dates.
Marking the longest period between albums for OLP, Burn Burn was recorded in Raine Maida's home studio in Los Angeles. The band believe this album shows a return to their roots, and call it " a proper, mature rock album."
During their sold-out shows this past July, frontman Maida "pulled a Vedder" at the Los Angeles' Troubadour during the performing of the new album's first single, "All You Did Was Save My Life." Maida climbed up to the balcony, walked around while singing and then climbed down: super badass.
