New Found Glory, Dashboard Confessional Split Single Coming

New Found Glory and Dashboard Confessional will cover each other's songs for an upcoming split seven-inch single.

New Found Glory guitarist Chad Gilbert updated his Twitter yesterday to let fans know about the upcoming release. It's not been confirmed what songs either band are doing just yet, but perhaps they'll also cover each other's tracks on the tour they'll play together this fall.

New Found Glory released their sixth album, Not Without A Fight, in March. Dashboard Confessional's sixth album, Alter The Ending, is due out Nov. 10 through Vagrant.

You can see Dashboard Confessional on Oct. 15 at East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C. and on Nov. 7 at Whitney Hall in Louisville, Ky.
