Courtney Love found herself being stared at quite a lot by Venezuelan president
Hugo Chavez at a screening of the new Oliver Stone documentary last Wednesday.
The controversial Venezuelan president, who's been divorced twice, was reportedly checking Love out during a question and answer session held after the screening of
South Of The Border, Stone's new documentary about meetings with seven Latin American leaders including Chavez.
"It was the third wink that sold me," Love told the
New York Post. "He's a sexy dawg. He invited me to visit his country and I'd like to go. I'll rock Caracas!"
We hope some kind of weird romance doesn't happen between the two. Seriously, can you ever imagine Love and Chavez dating?
In the meantime, Love has reportedly been temporarily banned from accessing her daughter's trust fund.
Frances Bean Cobain, Love's daughter, was left $1.2 million in a trust fund at the America's First Republic Bank after her father, late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, died in 1994. Bank officials have filed a lawsuit in San Francisco Federal Court to stop anyone from taking cash out of it, according to a World Entertainment News Network article.
Both Love and Laird Norton Tyee Trustee Company want access to the money and want the courts to decide who has the right to it as a trustee.
Keith Fink, Love's lawyer, reportedly told TMZ the move is "childish and vindictive." He said Love had already signed an agreement to move the money to another bank, but he believes the bank does not want to lose such a large account.
Love plans to
release Nobody's Daughter, her long-awaited sophomore solo album on New Year's Day.
