Taintstick Add Good Charlotte's Benji Madden To Band

Taintstick

Self-proclaimed "explosive gods of heavy metal ecstasy" Taintstick have announced they've recruited Good Charlotte's Benji Madden to handle bass duties for their upcoming world tour in support of their new album 6 Pounds Of Sound.

The disc is set for release on Suburban Noize Records on Oct. 27. Taintstick's first show will take place in Las Vegas on Oct. 24 where they've promised to "arouse the once-proud demons of rock and roll from their long and shameful slumber." Guests at the party expected to bask in Taintstick glory include Tony Hawk, Carey Hart, Andy Bell and many more.

Taintstick are fronted by pro skateboarder and MMA fighter Jason Ellis with Shoebox on drums and a charming fellow named Cowfucker on guitar. Ellis also had a cameo in Paul Blart: Mall Cop. The band claim they may be the best thing to hit rock 'n' roll since The Beatles.
