The line-up for this year's Fucked Up Fest has been revealed.
The festival, which is in its fourth year and is taking place over from Oct. 29 to 31, will feature Polaris Music Prize short listed headliners Fucked Up and will also include performances by Cro-Mags, Iron Lung, Brutal Knights, Rival Mob, Waste Management, Free Spirit, Nomos, Urban Blight, Force Fed, Omegas, Mature Situations, Metz and more.
Fucked Up Fest features some of the world's most interesting hardcore acts and has built itself quite a following with Toronto fans as well as those outside the city. Although the festival has traditionally taken place at Sneaky Dee's, venue details and a full schedule have yet to be released.
Fucked Up will find out whether their The Chemistry Of Common Life has won the Polaris Music Prize on Sept. 21. A win could certainly see an increase in new fans to this year's festival, especially if their previously discussed charity party comes to fruition.
Later this fall, Fucked Up will play The Chemistry Of Common Life in its entirety Nov. 5 at the Brooklyn Masonic Temple with Fucked Up Fest veterans Andrew W.K. and Vivian Girls as well as Titus Andronicus and Katie Stelmanis.
