Eagles Of Death Metal frontman Jesse Hughes (a.k.a. Boots Electric) has plans to release a solo album, and he wants Dr. Dre on it.
Hughes told BBC 6music the album will be dubbed Boots Electric Fabulous Weapon. It's not known when it will be released, but BBC 6music reports Hughes has already started working on the album.
"I'm trying to work with Dr. Dre and my dream job of all time would be to work with (OutKast's) Andre 3000," he told the radio station. "But I'll probably end up working with someone at K-Mart."
Hughes should have some time to start recording the record soon, since drummer and Queens Of The Stone Age frontman Josh Homme is working on an album with Them Crooked Vultures, the new supergroup that also includes Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl and ex-Led Zeppelin bassist John Paul Jones.
Eagles Of Death Metal, who released Heart On last year, are taking a break before they start touring again later this month. You can see them here:
