British Police To Re-Examine Rolling Stones Guitarist's Death

British police are going to re-examine Rolling Stones guitarist Brian Jones' 1969 death.
Jones was found dead at the bottom of a swimming pool at his home in England on July 3, 1969. Jones' death was originally ruled a misadventure, but Sussex police say they will re-examine the death after receiving information from an investigative journalist.
"These papers will be examined by Sussex Police but it is too early to comment at this time on what the outcome will be," a spokesperson for Sussex Police told Reuters.
Jones was asked to leave The Rolling Stones shortly before the release of Let It Bleed in 1969 due to his drug convictions. Some, including Jones' then girlfriend Ann Wohlin, have alleged the musician was murderd.
Wohlin claimed in a book called The Murder Of Brian Jones that bodybuilder Frank Thorogood told Rolling Stones driver Tom Keylock on his deathbed that he killed Jones, but Keylock denied the allegations.
There are also "witnesses" who say they saw the alleged murder, but any interviews they've given have always been under pseudonyms.
