It wouldn't be a Phish show without the cops arresting all sorts of hippies and confiscating weird drugs, and Friday's Phish show in Hartford, Conn. didn't disappoint in this respect.

Police arrested eight people and seized 18 nitrous oxide tanks and balloons used to inhale the gas at Phish's show at Hartford's Comcast Theatre on Friday, according to the Hartford Courant.

Police made the arrests in the parking lot at the show and also reportedly seized an estimated $1,190 U.S. (about $1,300 Canadian) worth of marijuana.

It's probably appropriate that Phish recently announced their comeback album will be called Joy.

It was produced by Steve Lillywhite (Dave Matthews Band, U2) and will be released Sept. 8 through JEMP. The disc's first single, "Time Turns Elastic," was made available on iTunes in May.

You can see all sorts of hippies getting joyful on substances when Phish play three shows as part of their own Festival 8 at Indio, Calif.'s Empire Polo Fields on Oct. 30, 31 and Nov. 1.

Here are the songs on Joy:

"Backwards Down The Number Line"
"Stealing Time From The Faulty Plan"
"Joy"
"Sugar Shack"
"Ocelot"
"Kill Devil Falls"
"Light"
"I Been Around"
"Time Turns Elastic"
"Twenty Years Later"
