Apostle Of Hustle To Open For Gogol Bordello

Gypsy punk will meet Cuban-influenced indie rock when Gogol Bordello and Toronto's Apostle Of Hustle tour together this fall.

Apostle Of Hustle will open all the dates on Gogol Bordello's fall tour, which will see them play dates throughout the U.S. and western Canada. Apostle Of Hustle are touring behind this year's Eats Darkness, while Gogol Bordello are still playing in support of 2007's Super Taranta!.

There's still no word on that album's follow-up, but a new Gogol Bordello track called "Educate Thy Neighbor" has surfaced online. Frontman Eugene Hutz wrote the track after Gogol Bordello played a show in Istanbul, Turkey last year.

It's a protest song against what's happening to the residents of Sulukule, an Istanbul neighbourhood predominantly populated by Roma, who are being forced to leave their homes due to an "urban renewal project."
