Def Jam Adidas Shoes Coming

My Adidas, indeed.
The shoe brand made famous in 1986 thanks to Run-DMC has teamed up with the hip-hop band's label, Def Jam, to introduce a new line of sneakers, clothing and outerwear to celebrate Def Jam's 25th anniversary. The items will be part of Adidas' fall/winter 2009 collection.
The line includes the Forum Mid, a red hi-top with gold and white detailing, Def Jam and Adidas logos and matching red and gold lace hardware, and the Stan Smith 2, a black suede sneaker with red and white detailing, Def Jam and Adidas logos and a turntable graphic on the side of the heel panel.
The Forum Mids will run you $95 U.S. (about $104 Canadian) and the Stan Smith 2s cost $75 U.S. (about $82 Canadian). All the items are available through the Adidas online store.
