Mysterious Radiohead Song Leaks

A previously unheard Radiohead track called "These Are My Twisted Words" has "leaked" onto the internet.

Radiohead fansite Atease discovered the song on Wednesday, but it's not known if it was recently recorded or is an unreleased track singer/guitarist Thom Yorke, guitarists Jonny Greenwood and Ed O'Brien, bassist Colin Greenwood and drummer Phil Selway laid down earlier in their career.

Some fans on the Atease message board have speculated that the track is to appear on an upcoming EP called Wall Of Ice, because an art file that came with the song references the phrase twice. Curiously, the file lists the track's release date as Aug. 17, 2009.

If the song is a recently recorded track, it's surfaced at an interesting time. Yorke went on record earlier this month as saying Radiohead were in no rush to put out a new album any time soon and might just release singles and EPs in the future. It was, however, reported earlier this year that Radiohead were indeed working on the follow-up to 2007's In Rainbows.

Yorke recently wrote a song called "New Moon" which will appear on the soundtrack to the upcoming Twilight sequel of the same name.
