Beatles Clothing Line Coming

British clothing company Ben Sherman will release a line of Beatles-inspired clothes in February.
The Beatles Collection will include four crew neck T-shirts, four button-down shirts and Harrington jackets. They'll feature Beatles album artwork and John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr's faces.
The line debuted last month at a show in Berlin, Germany and will be available worldwide at shops that carry Ben Sherman products, according to License magazine.
The clothing line is just part of many Beatles items coming out soon. The Fab Four's albums will be reissued on Sept. 9 through EMI Music with expanded booklets of original and newly penned liner notes, rare photos and a short documentary about the record it accompanies.
On the same day, the first Beatles video game, The Beatles: Rock Band, will be in stores. It will be available for Nintendo Wii, Sony PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 gaming systems.
This Saturday marks the 40th anniversary of the Abbey Road cover photograph session. Iain MacMillan's infamous photo of John, Paul, George and Ringo crossing the road was taken outside the legendary London, England recording studio on Aug. 8, 1969. It's been aped countless times since and has also suffered the indignity of poster companies airbrushing out the cigarette that was originally in McCartney's hand.
