Reznor's Fiancee Quits West Indian Girl

Mariqueen Maandig, Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor's fiancee, has left West Indian Girl, her band.
The singer's bandmates posted an announcement on their blog on Sunday in which they revealed Maandig had left the band "due to her recent life and priority changes."
"we wish her nothing but the best as she embarks on a new chapter of her new life outside of this band," they wrote. "she sacrificed a lot over the years and her loyalty and professionalism to this family will sorely be missed. she will, however, always remain in our hearts, thoughts and prayers. thank you, q, we love and miss you."
West Indian Girl's upcoming shows this month will be unaffected by Maandig's departure, and the band will not replace her for their show at Los Angeles' House Of Blues this week.
Maandig will be replaced by guest vocalists for the band's gigs at San Francisco's Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival and the San Diego Street Scene festival later this month.
West Indian Girl are looking for Maandig's replacement as you read this. If you think you've got the vocal chops, email info@westindiangirl.com.
Reznor and Maandig announced their engagement earlier this year.
