Smells Like Guitar Hero

Guitar amateurs everywhere will be able to annoy the hell out of their parents/friends/roommates by butchering Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" on Sept. 1. But this time, they won't even need to break a string.

The Gen-X anthem is one of the final 15 songs to be included in Guitar Hero 5, which were announced today. Stevie Wonder's "Superstition," Johnny Cash's "Ring Of Fire" and Queen and David Bowie's "Under Pressure" are also among the newly added tracks.

The set list, which now has a total of 85 songs, also features Arctic Monkeys, Bob Dylan, Elliott Smith and Dire Straits, among others.

In related news, the recently developed DJ Hero has announced a "Renegade Edition," which will feature an exclusive 2-CD pack including previously unreleased tracks from Jay-Z and Eminem.
