First it was Limp Bizkit, then it was Creed, then Sugar Ray and now... Methods Of Mayhem have reunited.
Tommy Lee's nu-metal band have signed to Loud & Proud/Roadrunner and are finishing an album with producer Scott Humphrey (Rob Zombie, Nine Inch Nails). The as-yet-untitled album will be the band's first release since their 1999 self-titled debut and the band are aiming to have it out early next year.
"I'm so fucking pumped!" Lee says. "We're about to do what no team has ever done before. Buckle up and hang on, kids!"
This of course means the world is now going to be inundated with more songs like this, for better or worse:

Lee formed Methods Of Mayhem in 1999 as a collaborative project with rapper TiLo after Lee had then left Motley Crue. He wrote most of the songs for the band's self-titled debut when he was in jail, and the album eventually went platinum.
Methods Of Mayhem's former members include Jane's Addiction drummer Stephen Perkins and ex-Jane's bassist Chris Chaney and Mix Master Mike. They've also collaborated with Fred Durst, Crystal Method, Kid Rock, Snoop Dogg, Lil' Kim and George Clinton.
Lee disbanded Methods Of Mayhem in 2000.
