Pop Montreal Lineup Expands

Sufjan Stevens, Yo La Tengo, Jay Reatard, Kid Koala and Japandroids are among the acts that have been added to this year's Pop Montreal International Music Festival.

Pop Montreal 2009 takes place Sept. 30 to Oct. 4 at venues throughout the city. Previously announced performers included Amy Millan, Buffy Ste. Marie, Butthole Surfers, Dinosaur Jr., Fever Ray, Loudon Wainwright III, Matt & Kim and Wovenhand. More artists will be announced shortly.

Super festival passes are available at the Pop Montreal website for $175 and tickets for individual shows are also on sale.
