Neil Young, Willie Nelson, John Mellencamp and Dave Matthews will play this year's Farm Aid on Oct. 4, and Young will hold his annual Bridge School benefit show on Oct. 24 and 25.
Farm Aid will take place at Maryland Heights, Mo.'s Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre. Tickets go on sale July 25 at 10 a.m. ET through Live Nation and are available now as part of a pre-sale for Farm Aid members through the Farm Aid website. The full line-up will be announced shortly.
Young's annual Bridge School benefit concert will be held once again at Mountain View, Calif.'s Shoreline Amphitheatre. Young will perform at the event, which, as always, is organized by himself and his wife, Pegi Young.
All proceeds will benefit The Bridge School, which helps children with physical disabilities and complex communication needs. The full line-up will be announced shortly.
Young will also perform with Sheryl Crow and Sarah McLachlan at West Vancouver's Ambleside Park on Sept. 12 as part of the inaugural Summer Sessions At Ambleside benefit concert. Proceeds will to go the Sarah McLachlan Foundation, which provides free music programs to youth in under-served communities.
