Guitar Hero 5 Out In September

Guitar Hero 5 will feature 85 songs from the likes of Kings Of Leon, Beastie Boys, Beck, Blur, Vampire Weekend, Coldplay, Elliott Smith, Iggy Pop and Queens of The Stone Age when it's released on Sept. 1.

The full list of songs hasn't been revealed yet, but 24 of the tracks that will be on the game were revealed by Rollingstone.com on Thursday. All the artists whose music will appear in the game have been published on the game's website. You can download the new Wolfmother track, "Back Round," which will appear in Guitar Hero 5, from the game's website.

Guitar Hero 5 will come with a new guitar that features a new faceplate and rebuilt neck slider. You'll also be able to play any Guitar Hero World Tour downloadable content on Guitar Hero 5.

Guitar Hero 5 will be available for Sony PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii and Xbox 360.
