K-OS wants fans to create a design that will be used for his merchandise.
The rapper born
Kevin Brereton wants fans to submit JPEG images in RGB colour that use a maximum of four colours and are either hand drawn or computer generated and are less than one megabyte in size and about 600x600 pixels. No copyrighted images may be used. Fans can submit their drawings until July 13, and 10 designs will be picked and posted on K-OS'
website.
Fans will then have the opportunity to vote on their favourite design from the top 10, and K-OS will choose the winning design, which will be used on a T-shirt and may also show up on a hoodie.
The winner will receive $800, and their T-shirt will be sold online and at K-OS' tour stops around the world. They'll also receive two tickets to a K-OS concert of their choice and the chance to meet K-OS at the date. Be sure to pick a show near your city of residence, though, because you'll have to pay your way there.
The second-prize winner will receive $400, while the runner-up will receive $75. More information about the contest is available on K-OS'
website.
