Michael Jackson

So all the Micheal Jackson dirty is starting to come out. Let's begin:

Michael Jackson is not the biological father of any of his children, according to TMZ.

The gossip website reports all three of Jackson's children were conceived "in vitro" and Debbie Rowe, his second wife, was used as the surrogate mother for "Prince" Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr. and Paris Michael Katherine Jackson. TMZ reports Rowe was "paid well for her services in the [children's] births."

The mother of Jackson's youngest child, Prince Michael Jackson II (a.k.a. Blanket), has never been revealed. Jackson repeatedly said she did not want her identity to be known so as to remain out of the spotlight.

The website also reports Jackson never filed legal papers to adopt the children, despite not being their biological father because when the children were born, there was no third party the singer believed would try and get custody of them.

Meanwhile, US Weekly magazine reports Arnold Klein, Jackson's dermatologist and Rowe's former boss, is the father of all three children.

"He is the dad," a Jackson insider told the magazine. "He and Debbie signed an agreement saying they would never reveal the truth."

The magazine reports Rowe said in 2002 she had carried "Prince" and Paris as a favour to Jackson.

"I said, 'Let me do this. You need to be a dad. You have been so good to me,'" Rowe is reported to have said.

Jackson's mother, Katherine Jackson, gained temporary custody of all three children yesterday.

Katherine Jackson and Joe Jackson, Jacko's father, stated in court yesterday they believe the singer died "without a valid will."

To that end, the Jackson family wants to gain control of Jacko's estate and Katherine Jackson also petitioned the Superior Court Of California to be named the administrator of Jackson's estate. She said she was doing so to ensure Jackson's children are the beneficiaries of his estate.

Judge Mitchell Beckloff has scheduled hearings for July 6 and Aug. 3 to consider whether Jackson should become the children's permanent guardian, and whether she should also be made administrator of Jackson's estate.

But TMZ reports the singer did have a will, which the singer reportedly signed in 2002. In it, he makes provisions for his mother and his children, but leaves nothing to Joe Jackson. The website reports entertainment lawyer John Branca will file the will with a court within 30 days of Jackson's death.

It was also reported Dr. Conrad Murray, the doctor who found Jackson at his home on Thursday before paramedics were called to the singer's Los Angeles home, waited about 20 to 30 minutes before he called 911.

Matt Alford, a lawyer in the legal firm that's representing Murray while the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) investigates Jackson's death, told the Associated Press this happened because Murray did not know the physical address of Jackson's house.

"There was no land line, no phone in Jackson's room that would have allowed him to call," Alford said. "It was all happening so fast."

According to the Associated Press, a report states Murray went downstairs, told Jackson's chef what had happened, and the chef got a security guard to join Murray in Jackson's room. The security guard then called 911 while Murray administered CPR to Jackson.

The Los Angeles Times newspaper reported the LAPD did not find any "red flag" in a conversation they had with Murray this Saturday, and Murray has denied administering a shot of Demerol or related medications like OxyContin to Jackson before his death.

The Los Angeles Times reports Los Angeles County Coroner officials visited Jackson's home on Monday for a second time and took "additional medical evidence" from the house. Chief Investigator Craig Harvey reportedly told journalists they had taken "a significant amount of prescription medication" from Jackson's house last week, and two more bags of evidence were removed on Monday.

The LAPD has also been interviewing doctors who treated or prescribed Jackson medication, in order to get a better idea of what medications Jackson was or had been taking. Jackson's cause of death has still not been determined because toxicology results will take about six to eight weeks to complete.

There are reports Jackson shot a 3D video called the "Dome Project," which could be released sometime in the future. It is reportedly intended to give the audience the feeling of "visiting the 'Thriller' experience, like they were there," Vince Pace, whose company provided cameras for the project, told the Associated Press.

Those who bought tickets to the run of 50 shows Jackson was to play at London, England's O2 Arena this year will be able to get refunds beginning Wednesday.

Fans can either get full refunds for their tickets or get a keepsake copy of them, which will come with graphics designed by Jackson. Promoter AEG Live says fans have until Aug. 14 to decide which package they would like to receive.
