First Calgary VFest Band Leaks

The lineup for the Calgary Virgin Festival hasn't been announced yet, but White Lies have revealed they're playing the gig by posting it amongst the tour dates on their MySpace page.

The date is listed for Aug. 9, which logically would make sense since Toronto's Virgin Festival is usually held in September, and Virgin Festivals in Montreal, Nova Scotia and Vancouver will be held earlier this year. The location of the Calgary Virgin Festival still has not been announced.

Last year's inaugural Virgin Festival in Calgary featured performances from The Tragically Hip, Stone Temple Pilots, Matthew Good, The Flaming Lips, Three Days Grace, City And Colour, Stars and The New Pornographers.
