Chad VanGaalen's Black Mold Album Coming

Chad VanGaalen will finally release Snow Blindness Is Crystal Antz, the debut album from his electronic alter-ego known as Black Mold. It comes out on Aug. 11 through Flemish Eye Records.

VanGaalen has been working on the 19-track album for what seems like forever, experimenting on homemade analogue and hand-built modular synthesizers.

Snow Blindness Is Crystal Antz will be available on CD and limited edition double brown vinyl with a digital download code that will get you more than 100 minutes of bonus material. Those who pre-order Snow Blindness Is Crystal Antz will get a bonus, large, fold-out Black Mold poster.
