SappyFest Lineup Announced

The lineup for the fourth annual SappyFest has been announced.
The festival will take place from July 31 to Aug. 2 in Sackville, N.B. and will feature big draws Wintersleep, Women, Ladyhawk, Ohbijou, Timber Timbre and Destroyer. The complete schedule will be announced shortly.
Early bird weekend passes are available for $50 until June 19. More information is available on the SappyFest website and TicketPro.ca.
SappyFest is a collaboration between Sappy Records, the Ok.Quoi?! Arts Festival, and Sackville's Struts Gallery & Faucet Media Arts Centre. It began in 2006 with founders Sappy Records, Julie Doiron, Jon Claytor and Paul Henderson.
In addition to its musical lineup, SappyFest 2009 will offer a "Writers Block" zine and craft fair that will showcase work by a variety of artists.
