Weakerthans Announce Summer Tour Plans

The Weakerthans will spend the summer and early fall touring North America.
Singer/guitarist John K. Samson, guitarist/pedal steel player/keyboardist Stephen Carroll, bassist Greg Smith and drummer Jason Tait will tour the North American west coast throughout July before they head to the east coast in September. The dates are in support of 2007's Reunion Tour and more shows will be announced shortly.
The Weakerthans will also release an iTunes session on June 30. The set was tracked at Mississauga, Ont.'s Metal Works Studios while the band were on the Rolling Tundra Revue Canadian tour with Constantines earlier this year. The session's title and track list have yet to be announced.
