Justin Doucet, the 15-year-old student who shot himself after he fired a shot at a teacher who refused to say "Hail Marilyn Manson" on May 18, died in hospital in Houma, La. on Saturday.
The eighth grade student left a suicide note at home that said he was going to kill himself after killing four other students with his father's gun.
Doucet was wearing an AC/DC Highway To Hell T-shirt when he walked into a classroom at Larose-Cut Off Middle School in Larose, La., told students to get down, and ordered seventh-grade English teacher Jessica Plaisance to pay respect to Dita Von Teese's ex-husband. When Doucet's shot missed her, he went across the hall to a restroom and shot himself in the head.
Doucet underwent surgery, but the local coroner said he died from the wound on Saturday morning.
The Associated Press reports police found a disturbing image Doucet drew of himself among his possessions that shows him in camouflage pants and the AC/DC T-shirt with the title "The LCO Gunman."
