MMVA UR FAVE Wildcards Decided

The MuchMusic Video Awards' UR FAVE wildcard nominees have been decided after the competition to name one finalist in each of the three categories received more than 70,000 online fan votes.

Karl Wolf will compete with The Midway State, LIGHTS, Danny Fernandes and Shiloh in the favourite new artist/group category.

Simple Plan will join Nickelback, Marianas Trench, Kardinall Offishall and Danny Fernandes in the running for favourite Canadian video.

Britney Spears has entered the race with the Jonas Brothers, Katy Perry, Lil Wayne and Lady GaGa in the quest for the favourite international video title.

Fans can watch all the nominated videos and vote here, or text MMVA to 299299 to decide the victors.

The winners in each category, and many others still to be announced, will be revealed at the Jonas Brothers-hosted Much program at 9 p.m. on June 21.
