Ewan McGregor Mistaken For Cobain's Ghost

Ewan McGregor isn't Kurt Cobain.
That would be obvious to 99.9 per cent of us, but it was apparently news to a British couple who mistook the Scottish actor for Cobain's ghost shortly after the Nirvana frontman's death in 1994.
"This couple came around the corner [in London, England] and they saw me, and at the time I had quite long hair," McGregor told the U.K.'s Heart FM magazine. "I think it would be safe to say they were on some form of chemical enhancement.
"The guy thought I was Kurt Cobain and he looked at me and slightly panicked and grabbed hold of his girlfriend and he asked me if I was Kurt."
Most people would be confused by such an episode (which McGregor might well have been), and it's safe to say many would also be annoyed. But McGregor decided to have a little bit of fun.
"I just went, 'Shhhh. Don't tell anyone,' and then I left them really confused in the street."
