Pete Wentz In Degrassi Movie

Degrassi: The Next Generation is about to get even more emo-tional in its first full-length, made-for-television film.

Degrassi Goes Hollywood is based on the popular Canadian teen TV drama and will feature cameos from various guests, including Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz, whose role hasn't been revealed.

The movie follows the female characters of Degrassi: The Next Generation as they seek fame and fortune in Hollywood. It was shot in Toronto and Los Angeles last fall and is scheduled to air on CTV in August. Here's its trailer:

Fall Out Boy are expected to be part of a tour with the reunited Blink-182, Weezer and possibly the All-American Rejects that's slated to begin on July 24 and run until October. No dates have been announced.
