Marilyn Manson: WTF Borland?

Marilyn Manson questions Limp Bizkit guitarist Wes Borland's motivations for rejoining his former band.

Manson says in this week's edition of Kerrang! magazine that he "almost made the mistake" of getting Borland to play guitar in the band before he hooked up with Limp Bizkit again.

"That move forever eradicated my feelings on his choices in life as an artist," Manson says.

Manson now asks why Borland returned to Limp Bizkit.

"That is what I find myself asking when I urinate sometimes," he says in the article. "He said he would never go back.

"If the reason is money, then I'd rather roll up a $5 note and shove it up my urethra. I'd rather set my dick on fire than join something I hated."

Borland responded to Manson's comments and told Kerrang! he likes and respects Manson despite what he said.

"He's definitely one of the wildest personalities I've ever been around and one of the smartest people I've ever met, but it's the Marilyn Manson show over there — Limp Bizkit is more of a band."

Borland says he wrote nine songs for Manson's new album, The High End Of Low, and they were all rejected.

"I was really in hired gun land there, but was sort of being told that I wasn't. So when I figured that whole thing out, I knew I was never going to get an inch into that band."
