Japandroids have had to reschedule their upcoming North American tour for the second time after singer/guitarist Brian King was ordered to rest until mid-June.
King had emergency surgery for a perforated ulcer late last month, which prompted the band to
reschedule their tour in support of the recently released
Post-Nothing, which was originally slated to run from April 25 to May 16.
The rescheduled tour was to run from May 20 to July 25, but according to the Japandroids' Facebook page, King and drummer David Prowse have axed all their west coast and southern U.S. dates up to June 13 on doctor's orders and will reschedule them at a later date.
