Billy Talent, Alexisonfire Added To Reading, Leeds Festivals

Billy Talent and Alexisonfire have been added to the lineups of this year's Reading and Leeds festivals.

Both bands will play the Lock Up Stage on Aug. 28 at Reading and Aug. 30 at Leeds with Canadians The Flatliners and Anti-Flag, Bouncing Souls, Leftover Crack, The Aggrolites, Streetlight Manifesto, Fake Problems, The Ghost Of A Thousand, Riverboat Gamblers and The Plight.

Rise Against, Thursday, The Bronx, Mad Caddies, Rival Schools, Set Your Goal, Snuff, Municipal Waste, former Hot Water Music frontman Chuck Ragan, Polar Bear Club, The Computers and Canadians A Wilhelm Scream will play the stage on Aug. 28 at Leeds and Aug. 29 at Reading.

Billy Talent just finished recording the creatively titled Billy Talent III, which is tentatively due in stores in July. Alexisonfire's Old Crows/Young Cardinals is due out the month before.

Alexisonfire are filming a video this weekend for "Young Cardinals" and are holding an open casting call for extras. A MySpace blog post states that "you have to be within driving distance of the Niagara Region, in Ontario Canada (that's as much location info we can give right now) and you have to be over 18 years old." You'll also have to have a clear schedule on Saturday, as filming could potentially run from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
