Doiron At #1 Again

Moncton, N.B. native Julie Doiron's I Can Wonder What You Did With Your Day continues to successfully hold off all comers vying for the ctop dog title on the national top 50 campus radio chart.
Doiron has held off the likes of Neko Case, Swan Lake, Handsome Furs and Bell Orchestre for seven weeks. This week's two new challengers are Great Lake Swimmers' Lost Channels, which holds on to #2 for a second week, and Joel Plaskett's Three at (appropriately) #3.
MSTRKRFT's Fist Of God rises three positions to #4, while Metric's Fantasies leaps 16 places to #5. These ascending albums force Yeah Yeah Yeahs' It's Blitz! and Junior Boys' Begone Dull Care down a position each to #6 and #7, respectively. Neko Case's Middle Cyclone tumbles five spots to #8, while Shout Out Out Out Out's Reintegration Time holds steady at #9. Immaculate Machine's High On Jackson Hill jumps 18 places to #10.
The Chart Sizzler Award goes to PJ Harvey and John Parish's A Woman A Man Walked By, which enters at #18. It charted on nine individual station charts, with a high ranking of #12 on both CFMU (McMaster) and CJSW (Calgary). Neil Young's Fork In The Road is the second highest new entry at #24, while The Thermals' Now We Can See debuts at #28 and Pink Mountaintops' Outside Love enters at #32.
The Electronic chart is topped by a new #1 — Junior Boys' Begone Dull Care — and has only one new entry, DJ Hell's Teufelswerk at #10.
The Metal/Punk chart has three new debuts: Agoraphobic Nosebleed's Agorapocalypse at #6, Brutal Truth's Evolution Through Revolution at #8 and Lion's Share's Dark Hours at #10. Metal label Relapse holds six of the chart's 10 entries.
While Bela Fleck's Throw Down Your Heart: Tales From The Acoustic Planet, Vol. 3: Africa Sessions continues at #1 on the World/Folk chart, two new albums enter the top 10: the Putumayo Presents: ¡Salsa! compilation at #5; and the Easy Star All-Stars' Easy Star's Lonely Hearts Dub Band, a dub reggae take on The Beatles' classic album, at #10. Amadou & Miriam's Welcome To Mali holds strong at #2 in its 19th week on the chart.
The Hip-Hop chart continues to be headed by K'Naan's Troubadour, but there's some new competition. Classified's Self Explanatory debuts at #3, followed by K-OS' Yes! at #4 and Grouch & Eligh's Say G&E! at #9.
Though there's only one new entry on the Jazz/Blues chart, it's significance arises from its position. Now Orchestra's Animal Tales debuts at #1.
