Jonas Brothers Host MMVAs

Teenage girls can start screaming now, while everyone else can let out a groan. The Jonas Brothers will co-host and perform at this year's MuchMusic Video Awards.

The bash will be broadcast live on June 21 at 9 p.m. EST from MuchMusic's Toronto headquarters. Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas will perform new music from Lines, Vines And Trying Times, which is due out on June 15, on the show.

"We're so excited to get back up to Canada, and co-hosting the MMVAs is a real honour for us," Kevin Jonas says.

Anyone who lives near 299 Queen St. West might want to go to their cottages that weekend, or at least leave the area or buy ear plugs. We're willing to bet this event will attract many more fans than the 6,000 screaming teenagers who lined up for more than two days to see the Jonas Brothers' perform on their Live @ Much special last year.

Additional MMVA performers and presenters will be announced in the coming weeks. The full list of nominees will be revealed next month.
