Constantines Add U.S. Shows

Constantines will play 10 dates south of the 49th parallel in June to support last year's Kensington Heights and its Too Slow For Love bonus EP.

Singer/guitarist Bry Webb, singer/guitarist/keyboardist Steve Lambke, keyboardist/guitarist/singer Will Kidman, bassist/singer Dallas Wehrle and drummer Doug MacGregor will be joined by Crystal Antlers throughout the tour. I Was King will open select dates.

Constantines are still touring Canada with The Weakerthans on their Rolling Tundra Revue tour.

Constantines and The Weakerthans will host after-parties at the Lo Pub & Gallery following their shows at Winnipeg's Burton Cummings Theatre on Thursday and Friday. Anyone with a stub from the shows will get in free.

You can see Woolly Leaves, Baby Eagle and Greg Smith Sounds — the Cons and Weakerthans' respective side projects — at the same venue for seven bucks on Sunday.
