Urinating Metallica Cop Pleads Guilty

A former Massachusetts police officer has pleaded guilty to trespassing and assault and battery charges in connection with an event at a Boston Metallica concert in January where he's said to have peed on at least one fan.
Joseph Houston, a former patrolman with Brewster Police in Brewster, Mass., was in court last week to face trespassing charges. He was also scheduled to be arraigned on assault and battery and felony open and gross lewdness charges, according to the Cape Cod Times newspaper.
Houston pleaded guilty to trespassing and assault and battery as part of a plea deal. He avoided being charged with open and gross lewdness by pleaing guilty to assault and indecent exposure, which carries a lesser charge.
Houston reportedly consumed six beers before the Metallica show and then physically and verbally harassed a family that travelled to the concert from out of state, according to a police report. The family, who were seated in the row in front of Houston and his brothers, told police that the ex-cop pulled his pants down, peed on a man's shirt and the seat and floor beside him, and then lunged at the man's sister with his penis still out.
Houston was ejected from TD Banknorth Garden, but apparently attempted to gain re-entry by showing security his police badge. He's said to have called a black Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority officer "Obama."
Houston must have no further contact with the family he victimized and pay them the $2,631 that they spent to attend the show. He also has to undergo alcohol treatment as part of the plea bargain.
Houston also can't challenge his dismissal from the Brewster Police Department. He was originally put on paid leave, but was fired last month.
Metallica are still touring in support of last year's Death Magnetic. You can see them here (hopefully without any golden showers):
