Regina Folk Festival Turns 40

The Regina Folk Festival turns 40 this year at Victoria Park with three days of music featuring the likes of Iron And Wine, K-OS and Bedouin Soundclash from Aug. 7 to 9.

Early bird tickets are available now through the festival website, while weekend passes will go on sale in May.

More than 15,000 people take in the annual event, which also includes an arts market with 50 vendors, a food court and a children's area.

CBC Radio 3's Grant Lawrence and Juno Award-winning album designer Michael Wrycraft (Blackie And The Rodeo Kings) will act as the festival MCs, introducing these performers:
