Keane Think They're Pink Floyd

Keane have declared themselves "the new Pink Floyd" after they played a show at London, England's Abbey Road Studios that was broadcast online in 3D on Thursday night.
The British band claim the performance was the first of its kind, and it has singer Tom Chaplin feeling pretty cocky.
"I like getting in people's faces, so doing it in 3D suits what we do," he told the U.K.'s Daily Star tabloid. "We're the new Pink Floyd!"
The technology offered both new opportunities and presented new problems for Keane drummer Richard Hughes.
"Somebody suggested I throw a drumstick at the camera, but the problem with that is while it won't hit anyone at home, it will hit the cameraman, so I had to be a bit careful," he told the paper.
You can watch the performance on Keane's website. You can also buy a Keane 3D poster and special glasses (which were originally given away with seven-inch vinyl copies of "Better Than This") to view it with from the site. The group have also provided a template on the site for fans to make their own 3D glasses.
Keane released the Keane Curate A Night For War Child DVD and their third album, Perfect Symmetry, last fall.
