Bumbershoot Festival Reveals First Performers

Sheryl Crow, Modest Mouse and Katy Perry are three of the headliners who'll play this summer’s installment of Bumbershoot, Seattle's Music & Arts Festival.
The 39th edition of the festival will take place on the Sept. 5 to 7 Labour Day weekend at 20 indoor and outdoor venues spread out over the 74-acre Seattle Center below the city's iconic Space Needle.
MSTRKRFT, Swollen Members and Holy Fuck will musically represent the maple leaf at the festival.
The event will feature comedy, dance, theatre, film, crafts, children's activities, literary and visual arts in addition to music.
Three-day passes are available for $80 through Aug. 21. The price increases to $120 after that. Single day tickets will be available on July 21. More information can be found on the Bumbershoot website.
