Beastie Boys Check Your Head, Deluxe-Style

Beastie Boys have released a deluxe version of 1992's Check Your Head after recently reissuing 1989's Paul's Boutique.

The album features 36 remastered tracks, including B-sides, rarities, remixes and live tracks that can be downloaded from the Check Your Head website now.

A double-vinyl version featuring the 20-track remastered album and the bonus tracks will ship after April 7, as will the similar ecopak two-CD set. Two thousand copies of the collector's vinyl edition — featuring four LPs, downloads and an eight-panel gatefold package with foil cover inlay in a coffee table book case — will ship after April 30.

Digital downloads of seven videos from Check Your Head ("Gratitude," "Jimmy James," "Netty’s Girl," "Pass The Mic," "Something’s Got To Give," "So What'cha Want" "Time For Livin'") and a full album video commentary by the group can be added to any package for an extra $12.

Beastie Boys are working on a new album that could be called Tadlock's Glasses. They're confirmed to perform here:
