Calling All Slutty Saliva Fans

While people in "March Madness" betting pools across North America will be glued to their televisions over the next two weeks to see who comes out on top as the best U.S. college basketball team, a competition of a sleazier variety is just gearing up.

Dirty Tourney takes its cue from the 64-team NCAA basketball tournament, which is divided into four 16-team brackets and losers fall off until just one undefeated side is left standing.

But instead of hoop squads, the competitors in the Dirty Tourney are women of questionable morals who want to become known as the "Queen Of Unclean" and win a trip for two to Las Vegas that includes roundtrip flights, hotel accommodations and two tickets to see Saliva and Burn Halo perform as part of the SnoCore Tour on May 3.

Instead of being divided into the NCAA's North, South, East and West regions, the brackets in the Dirty Tourney are named after four songs: Saliva's "Hunt You Down," Burn Halo's "Dirty Little Girls," Theory Of A Deadman's "Bad Girlfriends" and Framing Hanley's "Lollipop." Entrants must submit photos and a profile and choose a bracket to enter based on their favourite of those four cuts on the Dirty Tourney website.

"Submit pics and your profile between 3/25 and 4/2 and tell us why you or your girlfriend is the dirtiest, craziest, sexiest girl around and the band you think rocks the hardest," says a notice on the site's home page. "If you've got what it takes, and you show off what ya got, you could be crowned Queen of the Dirty Tourney."

The profile includes listing height, weight and measurements, as well as answering these questions:
What are you into?
Tell us a dirty little secret.
How do you like to get down and dirty?
Where's the craziest place you've gotten "dirty?"
What's the naughtiest thing you've ever done?
What dirty little tricks do you use to get what you want?
Why are you the dirtiest little girl?

The bands will choose the 64 finalists and then fans will vote online for their favourites while listening to tracks and watching video clips from all four groups. The competitors will be reduced from 64 to 32 to 16 to eight to four to two before a winner is declared.
