Jacko Likes Harry Potter Actors

Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson has invited Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint — the stars of the Harry Potter films — to his series of sold-out comeback shows in London, England this summer.

Jackson is set to play 50 shows at London's O2 Arena. He's reported to have extended all-access passes for July 8's opening night to the 19-year-old Radcliffe, 18-year-old Watson and 20-year-old Grint, according to the U.K.'s The Sun tabloid.

"Michael is a huge fan of the Harry Potter books and films," a source told The Sun.

"He was utterly enchanted by the magic of JK Rowling's novels. The tales of Harry and his pals in the books gripped him; he has followed them all religiously."

Perhaps Jackson's well-publicized obsession with Peter Pan has made him believe that Radcliffe is still a 12-year-old boy.

Too bad Chris Martin wasn't a few years younger. The Coldplay frontman couldn't even get tickets to Jackson's shows, according to Britain's Daily Mirror tabloid.

"I was looking at [tickets] on the internet and thought, 'I'd better buy some for myself,' and I couldn't," said Martin. "They were totally sold out.

"To sell out like that is a testament to talent. It is just amazing to sell out 50 shows in one city in a big arena. It's the biggest comeback since Lazarus."

Jackson will reportedly be taken to the shows by boat after he told organizers he's afraid of helicopters and traffic jams.

Jackson will reportedly be taken by a river boat to O2 Arena because he's afraid of helicopters and traffic jams, according to the Daily Mirror. Concert organizers wanted to keep the star in the English countryside so they could avoid the media following his every move, but they're now thinking of keeping him closer to the venue.

"He loves the idea of turning up by boat — he thinks it's much more glamorous and very James Bond," the paper said.

Jacko is also reportedly looking into adopting a child, according to the U.K.'s Sunday Express.

Jackson already has three children: Prince Michael I and Paris, which he had with dermatologist nurse Deborah Rowe; and Prince Michael II (a.k.a. Blanket), who has an unidentified mother.

"His life is his children," a source told the Sunday Express. "Wherever he goes, they go, and he has said it would be good to have another child.

"Contact has been made with an adoption agency in Britain which has a very good reputation."

Jackson made headlines when he dangled Prince Michael II, then a newborn baby, over a fourth floor balcony in Berlin while fans stood below in November 2002.
