Lily Allen Pukes After Boozy Concert

Lily Allen threw up in front of her fans following the first gig on her U.K. tour in Glasgow, Scotland on Saturday night.

Allen had spent most of her gig at Glasgow's O2 Academy drinking wine, and it came back to haunt her afterwards when she threw up on the pavement outside of the venue on the way back to her tour bus, according to Scotland's Daily Record newspaper.

Allen then posed for some pictures with fans who'd been waiting for her outside the venue. It's not known if these are the same fans who witnessed her upchucking seconds earlier.

Allen has also taken legal action against paparazzi following an alleged altercation between the singer and a photographer in London, England last Thursday. The paparazzo allegedly rear-ended Allen's car, which prompted Allen to attempt to punch him before one of her security guards pulled her away, according to Britain's Telegraph newspaper.

The confrontation was apparently captured on camera and Allen may also have kicked the photographer and thrown a bottle of water at him, according to MTV News.

This alleged incident prompted Allen's lawyers to get a court order against the paparazzi on Friday.

"My client has faced constant harassment over the last few months from the paparazzi," Allen's lawyer, Mark Thomson, said in a statement on Friday. "As a result of this and various incidents of harassment that took place yesterday my client has now been forced to take legal action.

"In a court hearing that took place this afternoon, my client, Lily Allen, has resolved issues surrounding her constant harassment with two picture agencies and has also obtained from the High Court an injunction restraining further harassment of her by other paparazzi photographers."

This prompted questions about whether Allen's upcoming North American tour, which begins next month, would be cancelled, but Allen's spokesperson told MTV News that the tour will go ahead as planned. Allen had a U.S. visa revoked in 2007 after she was questioned at Los Angeles International Airport for a similar incident.
