Radiohead Take On Cyrus And West

Radiohead

This certainly doesn't rank with the mid-'90s Blur versus Oasis feud, and isn't even as entertaining as watching two bar bands argue over backstage beer, but Radiohead have responded to Miley Cyrus' threat that she'd "ruin" the "stinkin'" band.

"When Miley grows up, she'll learn not to have such a sense of entitlement," a Radiohead representative said in a statement to Us Weekly magazine.

Cyrus wasn't the only petulant pop star Radiohead apparently pissed off at last month's Grammy Awards.

Kanye West told the audience at his Feb. 13 VH1 Storytellers taping in Los Angeles that Radiohead snubbed him before their performance, which angered him so much that he "sat the fuck down" when the British group took the stage with the University Of Southern California marching band.

Radiohead singer Thom Yorke indirectly addressed Cyrus and West in this post on Radiohead's Dead Airpsace website on Thursday that was written before the band embark on a seven-date tour of Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and Chile with Kraftwerk that begins Sunday:

"wish us all a safe journey if you still like us and you're not one of those people i have managed to offend by doing nothing xx"
