No Office For Feist

Feist won't appear in The Office tonight (Thursday) on NBC, contrary to internet rumours.

The confusion started based on a message posted on Feist's website and MySpace on Wednesday.

"Feist got a job in an Office episode directed by Ken Kwapis," it read. "If you live in the U.S., you should be able to view it on the NBC website.

"Compatriots, you may need a stealthier approach as we don't have online access in Canada. We do have televisions here, carved from ice, so stay tuned for part II of the episode this week."

This led some to post on Office fan sites and message boards that Feist would appear in tonight's episode. Her representatives at Arts & Crafts told CHARTattack that the singer won't appear in the show and that the message refers to the Feb. 5 episode where Feist was referenced and Andy (Ed Helms) sang a song about Splenda to the tune of "1234."

But you can still tune in tonight to see if the woman born Leslie Feist is mentioned again.
