50 Cent called Kanye West a "tri-sexual" after recent comments West made about how he's "confident with [his] manhood" and that gay men are his fashion inspirations.
West, who's known for his flashy style, has been wearing a mullet recently, which 50 Cent (real name Curtis Jackson) doesn't really get.
"I wouldn't wear that thing on the back of my head, the shag joint," he says about West's mullet in an MTV News video, which can be seen below. "It's different.
"It's something that you would see in the [Gay] Village, and I understand that because I understand where your inspiration is. Prior to him saying that, I didn't get it.
"But I don't believe Kanye West is gay. He might be sensitive, he might be tri-sexual, but I know he's not gay 'cause Tony [Yayo, rapper and G-Unit member] told me that. 'Cause Tony knows a young lady that knows Kanye."
Urbandictionary.com defines "tri-sexual" as "someone who will 'try' anything sexual."
Fiddy's new "Play This On The Radio" contains the line, "First they say, 'That faggot hot,'" which many believe is meant to slag West. He seemed to suggest just that
when he appeared on DJ Whoo Kid's satellite radio show in January. The rapper later told MTV he thought West made several "interesting" fashion choices at Paris, France's recent Fashion Week.
"Where I come from, you only see [those clothes on] gay people," 50 Cent said. "Once he says gay people are his inspiration, it's understandable. I don't have anything against gay people, I just say what I think I'm saying."
West earlier said he was "secure" with his sexuality when asked about recent pictures taken of him at Fashion Week.
"Your dress don't give away whether you like a man or not," he told MTV News. "Think about actors that straight up dress like a woman or something like that.
"People wanna label me and throw that on me all the time. But I'm so secure with my manhood, and that's the reason I can go to Paris. I can have conversations with people who are blatantly gay because I used to be scared to talk to a gay person.
"In hop-hop, there's people — and let's not even say scared like homophobic — but they're scared of the way people gonna look at them. If you see a person be like, 'I don't wanna stand next to Mark Jacobs 'cause I don't want to bear that on me because I'm just so cool.'"
