Death Cab Might Play Your School

Death Cab For Cutie might not have any Canadian dates on their spring tour itinerary, but college kids at one lucky campus will win the chance to see the Bellingham, Wash. band play a private show in April thanks to a contest the band are running.
Rogers Wireless' Campus Battle '09 is open to universities across Canada. Tech-savvy kids can vote on behalf of their school via the Facebook page, or Rogers Wireless customers can text "BATTLE" to 4869. Voting ends on March 1.
Voters at the chosen school will also have their names entered into a draw to win a pair of tickets to the event.
Dalhousie University is in the lead with more than 12 per cent of votes, while the University Of Windsor sits in second place with almost seven percent,
according to the contest's Facebook page. The University Of Prince Edward Island and Memorial University are both hovering around 1.5 per cent.
