Marilyn Manson's High End Of Low

Marilyn Manson doesn't want you to eat or drink him this time around.

The man born Brian Warner's follow-up to 2007's Eat Me, Drink Me will be titled The High End Of Low when it hits stores later this year through Interscope Records. It was produced by Manson and Sean Beavan (Nine Inch Nails, Slayer) in the Hollywood Hills last year.

"It's a self-described state of being that I'm in," Manson told RollingStone.com's Smoking Section blog about the album title. "You're going to be fucking freaked. It's the shit."

The High End Of Low
will be Manson's first album with bassist Twiggy Ramirez since 2000's Holy Wood (In The Shadow Of The Valley Of Death). Keyboardist Chris Vrenna and drummer Ginger Fish also appear on the album.

The disc doesn't yet have a definite release date or track list, but its first single will be the oh-so-decently titled, nine-minute "I Wanna Kill You Like They Do In The Movies." Manson will shoot a video for the track later this month. Manson described the song to Rolling Stone as "severely sadist" and about "murder, sex, death, the end."

We hope it doesn't have anything to do with Evan Rachel Wood. But maybe it's about Sarah Palin.

Manson will co-headline the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival with Slayer this summer, but he'll play a few European festivals to warm up first. You can see him here:
