Fucked Up Bewildered By Juno Nomination

There were a few surprises in Tuesday's Juno Award nominations.
While Nickelback's five nods obviously weren't among them, Fucked Up's best alternative album nomination for The Chemistry Of Common Life even caught vocalist Damian "Pink Eyes" Abraham off guard.
"Today I woke up to find that we have been nominated for a Juno," Abraham wrote on his blog. "This is proof positive that there is a glitch in the matrix. For the unfamiliar, the Junos are the Canadian Grammys but even more conservative."
Seriously? Abraham just appeared on Fox News and he's calling a Canadian awards show "conservative"? Maybe it might help Abraham to know that a lot of those present at yesterday's gala at Toronto's Fairmont Royal York hotel cheered when Fucked Up's name was announced.
