Toronto hip-hop artist Kardinal Offishall will take his music to parts of Canada and Europe in the coming weeks.

Offishall is still riding the high tide from the breakthrough success of his fourth album, last year's Not 4 Sale. If his popularity keeps growing, he may earn the Keys 2 The City in some of these places:
